DropCell.exe installer

Standalone Matlab application for the analysis of time-lapse fluorescence microscopy images of a monolayer of droplets, microfluidic immuno-assay, REALISM project (2019).

Run the provided MyAppInstaller_web.exe in order to install the Drop_Cell.exe application. The same installer file will offer to download and install the required version 9.4 (R2018a) of the MATLAB Runtime, if not already installed on your machine. An example of input_parameters.txt file as well as a readme_dropcell.txt file will be automatically copied to the folder where you will choose to install the application.

Read carefully the readme_dropcell.txt before first use of DropCell.exe. It describes the installation procedure as well as the input images naming rules.
