The ecosystem of continuous and omnipresent data exchange [ubicomp] is space for cyborgian transgressions on the level of symbolic  communication as well as territory of anthropological behaviors monitoring on a global scale. Technological extensions of the senses redefine processes of cultural communication. Never before has context of communication and medium itself been so crucial for shaping the meaning of culture. The meaning of cultural communication depends on technology suppliers, their political and economical controllers and users as context suppliers who strengthen the meaning of medium in the  communication process through their social behaviors.
