Raw de novo-assembled contigs from the metatranscriptomes of each of six species pools; Nucella lapillus (Dog whelk), Lumbricus and Amynthas spps. (Earthworms), Asterias rubens (Common starfish) Halichondria panacea (Breadcrumb sponge), Actinia equina (beadlet anemone), Fucus serratus (Serrated wrack).
