These are a matrix containing competitive coefficients (alpha_estimates_row_is_a_target.csv), and a matrix containing information of species' vital rates (species vital rates.csv).
Cells containing NA in the file named "alpha_estimates_row_is_a_target.csv" correspond to these cases where we had little confidence in the estimate of the interaction coefficient between a pair of species.
