1. ATR_FTIR (raw spectra): 50 files with an overall size of 800 KB;
2. Collated_FB_SNOM_Raw: 488 files 19.2 MB;
3. Collated_FB_SNOM_TXT: 166 files 37.7 MB;
4. A metadata file containing demography of patients: 2 files (one Word; one PDF), 72 KB; and,
5. One Excel spreadsheet detailing experimental parameters: 1 file, 52 KB.
For 1, 2 and 3, each folder contains sub-folders grouping the files into the 5 different types of cervical cytology: normal, low-grade dyskaryosis; high-grade dyskaryosis; pre-invasive mixed lesion and adenocarcinoma.
1. Spectra can be viewed in Opus software;
2. Can be viewed in freely available software Gwyddion 2.40, available at http://gwyddion.net/;
3. Can be viewed as a text file/matrix in many applications, including matlab; and,
4 + 5 are self-obvious.
