the effects of extreme drought and heat waves on two codominant prairie
grasses, Andropogon gerardii and Sorghastrum nutans. These grasses
coexist in the tallgrass prairie of Eastern Kansas, USA and despite
being functionally similar (C4 grasses), they adopt different gene
expression strategies for coping with climate extremes. This .zip file contains code and data for every step of the analysis. Please see ReadMe.txt within the file .zip for more specifics.
