This is a .STL file for 3D printing a mouse brain holder for use with high field strength preclinical MRI scanners.
The holder is designed to be printed in plastic and will fit inside a 50ml syringe. Note when printing: the "this way up" arrow, as there are hinges / moving parts.
This design is used for securing up to 6 ex vivo perfuse-fixed mouse brains (in skull) within a 9.4T Agilent/Varian MRI scanner at the UCL Centre for Advanced Biomedical Imaging (CABI).
