(A) RT-PCR analysis. mRNA expression level of osteocalcin was significantly increased after treatment with BDNF. (B) Immunofluorescent staining of trkB and OPN. BDNF upregulated trkB and OPN immunoreactivity in MC3T3-E1 cells. (C) BDNF enhanced mineralization of MC3T3-E1 cells after 7 days. Calcium deposition was stained with black dots by von Kossa staining (arrows) (C). Bars, 20 μm (C).
