Analytics for Earth Science Data Discovery: Applying DataBridge to Long-tail and Large Data Collections in the Earth and Environmental Sciences Presented at the Winter 2018 ESIP Meeting

This poster outlines the potential application of a new approach to search for and identify data from different domains and potentially across the spectrum from long-tail data to big data. The project, DataBridge, utilizes domain specific insights into data to 'bridge' the domain of data and the domain of search. The approach has been tested on neurobiological data and social science data. The goal with this poster is to seek potential use cases in the Earth and environmental sciences.
