Analysis of Family of Large Pseudomonas Megaplasmids

Annotation files of two megaplasmids used for comparison in associated manuscript. Sequences within the .fna file were also used for all sequence based comparisons. Also included is a fasta file of the genome assembly of Pseudomonas sp. Leaf58, which contains two circular contigs (chromosome of 5,432,868bp and megaplasmid of 904,253bp).
