A new polyhydroxylated flavane (1) was identified from Albizia ferruginea (Mimosoideae) along with 4′,7-dihydroxyflavan-3,4-diol (2), julibrosides A1–A3 (35). The structures of the compounds were established based on their NMR and mass spectrometric data in conjunction with those previously reported in the literature. Compounds 1 and 5 displayed moderate antibacterial activities.
