Serum levels are expressed in pg/mL ± SEM and hippocampal levels are expressed in pg/mg protein ± SEM. BDNF levels in serum and hippocampus were significantly reduced in DSP4-lesioned animals after LPS challenge in the short-term subgroup compared to Ctrl.
