Evaluating the Role of Aerosol Mixing State in Cloud Droplet Nucleation towards Developing a New Activation Parameterization

This poster highlights some milestones in evaluating the role that activation parameterizations can bias cloud drop concentrations and the aerosol indirect effect in global models. It also highlights some results using a newly developed parametrization based on polynomial chaos expansion.
