The data were collected for the National Science Foundation-funded Three city Heat and Electrical failure AdapTation (3HEAT) project, and were used for a study, titled "Behavior modification and heat vulnerability: How hot days and heat waves impact outdoor, indoor, and total physical activity levels of adults." In this longitudinal study, authors investigated how hot days and heat waves in summer 2016 impacted outdoor, indoor, and total physical activity levels of 134 adults in Atlanta, GA; Detroit, MI; and Phoenix, AZ.
