A 3D reconstruction of standing wave red blood cell images. The 3D reconstruction of the bottom half of a red blood cell membrane close to the mirror is created using MATLAB code. The 3D reconstruction standing wave movie contains 981 frames and has undergone JPEG compression and has a playback speed of 10 frames per second.
