3-MA inhibits NVP-AEW541-induced autophagy and enhances anti-proliferative effects of NVP-AEW541 in MDA-MB-231 and BT-549 cells.

One representative from three independent experiments is shown. (B-D) 3-MA combined with NVP-AEW541 significantly suppressed the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 and BT-549 cells compared with NVP-AEW541 alone, as detected by EdU (B and C) and CCK-8 assays (D). Results were obtained from at least four independent experiments, and data are presented as the mean ± SD, *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001.
