Vein masks and images acquired at Monash Biomedical Imaging, Monash University, Clayton, Australia.

Gender split: 1:3 (male:female)
Age: mean 26.0 years, standard deviation 5.4 years

3T Siemens Skyra
-20 channel head and neck coil

Gradient-recalled echo sequence:
-Single flow-compensated echo
-TE=20ms
-TR=30ms
-voxel=0.9mm isotropic
-matrix=256x232x160
-flip angle=15 degrees

Masks generated using FSL BET1 and dilated substantially.

For all subjects, raw k-space data was saved for each coil and retrospectively reconstructed to generate phase and magnitude images. Individual coil phase images were processed to remove phase wraps and background phase shifts using Laplacian unwrapping2 and V-SHARP3. QSM maps were computed using LSQR in the STI-Suite2. The SWI images were taken directly from the scanner console.
