APL cells were cultured alone or with M2-BM SN with pre-treatment with NBMPR (1 µM) for 2 hours before normal treatment with Ara-C (250 ng/ml) (A) or gemcitabine (75 ng/ml) (B) for 24 hours. Cell viability was measured by the MTT assay. Data are the mean ±SD of at least three independent experiments. ***p<0.001 (APL versus APL + NBMPR).
