Ramanathan, Michael E. Berens, Nhan L. TranA) Vertical scatter plots demonstrate a copy number gain of ATAD2 and cMYC by qPCR but with no difference between BBM and primary breast tumors. B) Vertical scatter plots show comparative overexpression of ATAD2 in both primary tumors and primary breast cancer, whereas cMYC is not expressed. None of the comparisons between primary tumors and BBM samples were statistically significant (p>0.05).
