Mean arterial pressure (MAP, n = 10) and cerebrocortical blood flow (CoBF, n = 20) are shown before (0 min) as well as 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 minutes after intravenous administration of 10 mg kg−1 AM-251 (•) or its vehicle (○) in urethane-anaesthetized rats. Values are presented as mean ± SEM. No significant difference was found with repeated measures analysis of variance and Tukey’s post hoc test. AU, arbitrary unit.
