Augmented cytokine productions by BMDCs stimulated with OnCRT.

BMDCs were cultured with different concentrations of MnCRT, MnCRT/pH 5.0, and OnCRT for 48 hrs, then IL-12p40(A), IL-6 (B), TNF-α(C) levels in the BMDCs culture supernatants were determined by ELISA. PBS, BSA (30 ug/ml) and LPS (300 ng/ml) were included as negative or positive controls, respectively. Results were expressed as mean concentration ± SD of triplicate cultures and are representative of three independent experiments. *p<0.05.
