Limits of detection for P32 Phosphor Screens

Known amounts of radioactivity, across 8 logs of specific activity, were counted in a scintillation counter.  The same amount of radioactivity was spotted on a nylon membrane and exposed to a phosphorimager screen for various exposure times.  Upper and lower limits of scintillation counter, and different exposure times is shown.
