Input on alternatives to existing regulation and concepts in the LCFS Re-Adoption Concept Paper released on March 7, 2014

This paper is a public comment on the Low Carbon Feul Standard (LCFS) proposed for readoption in California in 2014.  The focus is on tree planting for carbon sequestration as an alternative to fuels reformulations, thereby preventing the harmful atmospheric emissions cause by reformulations.
