Solvothermal reaction of uranyl acetate and succinic acid in DMF resulted in formation of three uranyl coordination polymers, [(UO2)42-OH)7(OH)6]·2(H2O)·(H3O)·4NH2(CH3)2 (1), [(UO2)(μ2-OH)(OH)3]·2NH2(CH3)2] (2), and [(DMF)2(UO2)(μ2-OH)4(UO2))] (3). The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray single crystal, and powder diffraction. Structural analysis shows that 1 is a layer, 2 and 3 are 3-D network structures.
