Empirical and simulated datasets used in Higuera et al. (2010):

The single .zip archive includes the following:

(1) A single Excel file for each dataset analyzed in the paper, in the (older, single-file) input format used by the CharAnalysis program (https://sites.google.com/site/charanalysis/). There are two simulated datasets, "varConstant" and "varProportional" and each one was anlyzed using four different methods (as described in the paper); the parameters and results from each method are included in the appropriately named folder. Note that the input data for the four different methods do not vary.

(2) A PDF of each figures included in the paper.
