Codon frequency distribution

In Michael Lynch's excellent book The Origins of Genome Architecture (http://www.amazon.com/Origins-Genome-Architecture-Michael-Lynch/dp/0878934847), he warns of the perils of ignoring the stochastic effects of population genetic processes when measuring codon bias. I generated this plot using the equations Dr. Lynch laid out, and I provide this graphic as a supplement to the R code described in my blog post on the subject.
