The evolutionary dynamics of influenza A viruses circulating in mallards in duck hunting preserves in Maryland, USA

The XMLs contain the genetic dataset and respective metadata. The empirical trees were computed from the original XMLs, and then used for the discrete diffusion modeling of the discrete traits.
