Data resulting from home cage activity calculations

Data are presented separately for each strain (C57BL/6J and DBA/2N) and each activity level (level 0 – 2) over the course of 24 h at an interval of 10 min. While level 0 represented no activity within a cage, the activity status was rated as level 1 when minor activities in the cage occurred. Level 3 applied in case of high activity in the cage. Presented is the relative number of scans, in which each activity level occurred.
