Genetic Structural Units (GSUs)

Here we provide a database, which contains the library of genetic structural units (GSUs) and Genomic covalent organic framework (GCOF) database, we mention in the article “Materials genomics methods for high-throughput construction of COFs and targeted synthesis”.

Library of GSUs is separated into three categories: center(58), linker(64) and functional group(8), providing 130 GSUs with a variety of geometries, number of reactive sites and chemical compositions for building covalent organic frameworks.

GCOFs database contains 471,990 structures in totally 24 kinds of topologies, including 166,684 2D-COFs in hcb, sql, kgm, fxt, bex, fes, hxl, kgd, mcm and tth nets, and 305,306 3D-COFs in srs, bor, ctn, dia, pts, rra, sod, cds, ffc, pcu, cda, acs, bcu and ttt nets.
