modified on 2020-06-15, 14:47 The inhibitory effect of DMSO on CYP2E1 from rat liver microsomes was investigated. Starting at a concentration of 0.005% in the incubation mixture, DMSO causes inhibition of CYP2E1 detectable by the p-nitrophenol hydroxylation assay. The graph shown here is only composed of individual measurements.
