modified on 2021-04-06, 10:29 Data of two inbred (C57BL/6J and DBA/2N) mouse strains, which were tested in three laboratories (BE, MS and OS) either in a heterogenised (H) or in a conventionally standardised design (S). Four experimenters per laboratory were involved in conducting the experiments (e.g. BE_1).
Data are presented separately for each analysed outcome measure that derived from the following paradigms:
Elevated Plus Maze test (EPM), Dark Light test (DL), Open Field test
(OF), Novel Cage test (NC) Faecal Corticosterone Metabolites (FCMs), body weight measures and Nest test (NT)
