In addition to the demographic variables, Occupation, Number of family who infected, Symptom duration, Smoking status, Travel history to the high-risk regions, Quarantine before admission, comorbidities such as Hypertension, Ischemic heart disease, Diabetes, Immunological problems, Acute kidney disease, COPD, Cancer, and Signs and symptoms, including Sneeze, Runny nose, Fever, Fatigue, Dry cough, Headache, Shortness of Breath, Diarrhea, Nausea, Sore throat, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Vital symptoms including Pulse Rate, Respiratory Rate, SpO2,Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure, and finally laboratory findings such as PCR results, White blood cell count, Neutrophil count, Lymphocyte count, Platelet count, Hemoglobin, LDH, AST, ALT, ALP, Na, Ca, P, Mg, BUN and Cr were provided for 60 COVID-19 patients.
Moreover, primary composite endpoints [PCEP], defined as death, the use of mechanical ventilation, or admission to an intensive care were shown for each subject (50: PCEP negative and 10: PCEP positive]).
