Source Data for the manuscript: Integration of parallel pathways for flight control in a hawkmoth reflects prevalence and relevance of natural visual cues

1) NaturalScenes)_imaging: mat.-files which contain the average magnitude of translational optic flow (OF_) and contrast edges (CE_) for each video recorded in a certain habitat type (open: xx_open.mat, semi-open: xx_semi.mat, closed: xx_closed.mat).

Tunnel_imaging, contains the contrast and OF analysis for different sectors of the tunnel and differnt patterns (see labels) in separate folders

Each Mat.-file contains a matrix, in which the first two dimensions represent the pixels of the video frame, and the third dimension the averages of the different videos. These contain, for each habitat, the separate perspectives (3) filmed at the different habitat locations (3).

2) flightData: separate mat.-files for each visual condition. The naming convention of the different conditions is given by the PDF file conditionLabels.pdf

Each .mat file contains the

flight tracks (allTracks), and for each track, the speed (all_speed), lateral position (all_pos) and pixel area of the animal in the video (all_areas).
