Reactivation score. Reactivation score was calculated as follows: (up/up + down/down) / (down/up + up/down) -1. A score greater than 0 indicates that a larger number of genes are regulated in the direction consistent with reactivation. MEMONET/REFERENCE columns indicate the number of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in each cluster corresponding to pro-reactivation and anti-reactivation. Up/up: upregulated in the cluster, i.e., MEMONET, and upregulated in the reference. Down/down: downregulated in MEMONET and downregulated in the reference. Up/down: upregulated in MEMONET but downregulated in reference. Down/up: downregulated in MEMONET but upregulated in reference. DEGs for each cluster were chosen from the differential expression (DE) analysis of each cluster vs. the others. Reference gene list is taken from Jaeger et al. (2018) (see Methods).
