Supplementary Material
SI Tables 1-2 provide the optimum locus parameters values for eight model components and six datasets.
SI Figures 1 to 8 gives two-dimensional representation of data points and models for all loci and components, with pages 1 to 3 corresponding respectively to datasets GF- 5s, GF-15s, GF-25s, and page 4 to 6 to IP-5s, IP-10s, and IP-20s.
SI Figure 1 to 4 show data peaks components for Allelic, Reverse stutter, Forward stutter and Noise. Mean u(x) of the model is represented by a red line, and standard deviation v(x) is represented by the two green lines showing (u+v) and (u-v), that is mean plus and minus one standard deviation.
SI Figure 5 to 8 show drop-out components for Allelic, Reverse stutter, Forward stutter and Noise. Probability functions p(x) are represented in red.
