Cotton pan-genome retrieves the lost sequences and genes during domestication and selection

The genomic variome data in 1,913 cotton accessions. A reference-guided assembly approach was used to construct pan-genomes of G. hirsutum and G. barbadense species. The non-reference genome sequences and annotated genes were retrieved. This project includes a list of the dataset as follow.
