Testosterone production by stem Leydig cells after their differentiations in vitro

This dataset contains the levels of tesosterone in culture media. Stem Leydig cells from young  (8 to 12-week-old) and old (18 to 25-month-old) mice were induced to differentiate into Leydig cells in vitro. In some cultures, macrophages were also included to examine how macrophages may affect stem Leydig cell differentiaiton. Testesterone levels were assayed in the culture media by  UPLC-MS/MS.
