modified on 2017-05-16, 18:26 The macro automates spheroid size analysis in the open-source image analysis platform ImageJ (Fiji distribution). It works with image sequences (stacks) of multiple images in one file. It can also be used on separate images when the latter are imported as an image sequence in ImageJ. It is quicker than macro1 and allows fine user control of thresholding.
