Scripts are written in the R programming language.

- figures.R: main script to produce the article figures; this script calls all other scripts sequentially.

- kriging.R: script to produce kriged maps of (i) proportion of potential timber volume, (ii) stem mortality (%)

- functions.R: useful functions for volume recovery predictions

- predictionsFirstHarvest.R: predictions of timber volume recovery over the first cutting cycle (Figures 1 and 2)

- predictionsTrajectory.R: predictions of timber volume recovery over 300 years (Figure 3).
