Molecular Dynamics: TpoR D1D2-CALR del52 mutant C-terminus

Pose 1 pose 2 and pose 3 were generated by HADDOCK between CALR del52 mutant C-terminus and TpoR D1D2. The best docking complexes were chosen, as ranked by the HADDOCK score. The files contain the initial and final frames of 500 ns molecular dynamic (MD) simulations run in triplicates for each pose.
