modified on 2022-04-24, 10:23 These are the summary statistics of a GWAS of coronary heart disease (CHD) in a Qatari cohort of ~1000 cases and ~6000 controls. All samples had whole genome sequence data. Association test was performed using the GMMAT R package. Betas and their SEs were approximated from the score test implemented in GMMAT.
