Data and code for "Growing into it: Evidence of an ontogenetic shift in gray whale use of foraging tactics"

Overview: This project examines the relationship between gray whale foraging tactic use and morphology (TL and BAI) while accounting for habitat characteristics and individual variation.

Code

1. model_script.R - runs bayesian model
2. functions.R - contains functions used for processing
3. results_figures.R - processes outputs of model to produce results and figures in manuscript.

Data Description

• dataframe.csv - dataset containing individual behavior, morphology, and habitat information
