This dataset consists of 73 gene alignments in fast format for 9 Citrullus taxa linked to the paper 'A chromosome-level genome of a Kordofan melon illuminates the origin of domesticated watermelons'. The genes are linked to the lycopene pathways, the cucurbitacin biosynthetic pathways and their regulation. Vouchers are as follow (more details in Table S1 in the OSM of the paper):
