Metabarcoding_pollen.fastq.gz

Dataset used in the manuscript entitled "Biomonitoring via DNA metabarcoding and light microscopy of bee pollen in rainforest transformation landscapes of Sumatra". It contains amplicon sequences of rbcL and ITS2 regions obtained from pot-pollen material sampled in four land-use systems (forest, shrub, oil palm and rubber) located in Sumatra, Indonesia.
