SHG images taken of freshly resected murine colonic epithelium, using 800nm two-photon incident light. Cohorts were controls, mice injected with a course of 6 azoxymethane (AOM) injections, and mice injected with a single dose of AOM and followed with rounds of drinking water with dissolved dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) salt.
