in vivo 2-photon calcium imaging data and analysis routines. Data are recordings from axonal boutons of the GABAergic projection of the nucleus incertus, recorded locally in dorsal hippocampal area CA1. Data are organized as dF/F traces triggered around the presentation of salient environmental stimuli or behavioral events. Analysis routines compute PSTHs and evaluate significant responses of boutons to different stimuli. Routines can be run using the included IPython notebook, which will generate the figures from the paper.
