Code to import, wrangle, and analyze data and ultimately generate figures are all provided in scripts written for the R language.

Folders contain data summaries and other materials on which the R script files rely. Because of file size limitations, not all raw data can be provided. Spike data that have been binned at 10-ms intervals are provided within folder 02 and should support most analyses. Please contact the authors should you be interested in larger, unbinned data files.

Wherever files or folders are numbered (e.g. "01_Lorem", "02_Ipsum"...), please proceed in numerical order to retrace steps in our analyses.
