<p dir="ltr">Data and code for "Encoding of global visual motion in the pretectum shifts from a bias for temporal-to-nasal selectivity to omnidirectional excitation across speeds" by Dash, Baliga, Lapsansky, Wylie, and Altshuler</p><p dir="ltr">Questions/comments -> please contact Vikram Baliga (vikram.baliga@ubc.ca)</p><p dir="ltr">Code to import, wrangle, and analyze data and ultimately generate figures are all provided in scripts written for the R language. </p><p dir="ltr">Folders contain data summaries and other materials on which the R script files rely. Because of file size limitations, not all raw data can be provided. Spike data that have been binned at 10-ms intervals are provided within folder 02 and should support most analyses. Please contact the authors should you be interested in larger, unbinned data files.</p><p dir="ltr">Wherever files or folders are numbered (e.g. "01_Lorem", "02_Ipsum"...), please proceed in numerical order to retrace steps in our analyses.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p>
