Water from different sources was mixed inside of electrolytic cell with 6.0 % HCl and cell was run at 8 A. Water recirculation rate was adjusted by means of a valve to 2 L/min. HCl concentration and amperage were chosen based on our previous studies (Forghani et al., 2015; Tango et al., 2017). The pH, ORP, and ACC of SAEW were measured with a dual scale pH meter (Accumet model 15, Fisher Scientific Co., Fair Lawn, NJ, USA) bearing pH and ORP electrodes. ACC was determined by a colorimetric method using a digital chlorine test kit (RC-3F, Kasahara Chemical Instruments Corp., Saitama, Japan).
