TDF files for chromatin immunoprecipitation and sequencing (ChIP-Seq) of SigH in M. tuberculosis.  Experiments were performed using SigH fused to the FLAG epitope tag, expressed from an inducible TetR-regulated promoter on a replicating plasmid.  Three data sets are provided:
