Thermal field data set for additively manufactured lattices and inclined cylinders using selective laser melting

Data set was generated from thermal camera video of a selective laser melting additive manufacturing process. The printed geometry includes three 40x40x30 mm lattices and 12 inclined cylinders and image registration features.
The image focusses on a region of approximately 100 mm x 100 mm. With 320x256 pixel format, with a 60degree inclination from the build plate.
The process variables were:

Material Ti6Al4V
Layer Thickness 60μm
Laser Power (Perimeter) 185W
Laser Power (Infill) 250W
Laser Velocity (Perimeter) 1150mm/s
Laser Velocity (Infill) 1200mm/s
Hatch Spacing 105µm
Hatch Orientation 17° rotation per layer (9° to 171°, first layer 45°)
Stripe Width 5mm
Recoat Time ~21s

For each layer, pixels that are outside the part geometries are excluded.
Thermal fields were evaluated during cooling at reference temperature of 500C, after the peak temperature that must first exceed 600C.
Values that could not be evaluated are assigned the value -1.
